Beginner Ruck

The perfect way to start building ruck confidence and fitness. This class is ideal for people who are just re-entering their fitness journey.

Base Ruck

Lots of fun and fitness! A one-hour class where you’ll carry between 10 and 15 percent of your body weight in your pack for a moderately-paced two-mile hike with a few special excercises at the half-way point. Expect to burn about 400 to 600 calories, build cardio and strength!

Ruck Lift

This one-hour class incorporates both a moderate-paced ruck two-mile hike carrying around 15 percent of your body weight, with intervals, and using the weights in your pack for a variety of strength exercises. Expect to burn about 600 to 800 calories, build cardio and strength!
