Corporate Team-Bulding Rucks

Ditch email for the trail! With a pace that allows for deep conversations, our rucks foster camaraderie and build stronger bonds as your team works toward a shared goal.

Beginner Ruck

The perfect way to start building ruck confidence and fitness. This class is ideal for people who are just re-entering their fitness journey.

Base Ruck

Lots of fun and fitness! A one-hour class where you’ll carry between 10 and 15 percent of your body weight in your pack for a moderately-paced two-mile hike with a few special excercises at the half-way point. Expect to burn about 400 to 600 calories, build cardio and strength!

Ruck Lift

This one-hour class incorporates both a moderate-paced ruck two-mile hike carrying around 15 percent of your body weight, with intervals, and using the weights in your pack for a variety of strength exercises. Expect to burn about 600 to 800 calories, build cardio and strength!

Advanced Ruck

Fast-paced, steeper terrain, pushing your limits carrying 20% of your body weight in your pack. Still one-hour, but expect to be elevating your heart rate with intervals, lunges, and more!

About Ruck Evolution

Ruck Evolution was founded in the foothills of Boulder, Colorado, from a desire to get fit while enjoying the great outdoors. It is a counterpoint to the endless empire of indoor exercise classes that convinced people workouts should be done in a strip mall staring at mirrors, sterile walls and tv screens.

 

We knew there had to be a better way.

Health thrives outdoors. With sun, and wind, and trees. Where your mind is soothed, your stress is calmed and your body is invigorated.

 

Rucking puts an important pause to the endless cycle of home-to-car-to-office-to-gym then back home again lifestyle so many of us lead. More than just putting on a backpack and walking, being outside on a ruck is where you happen upon the unpredictable incidents that create a life.

 

In this era where everything is about convenience, rucking is a scenic route to a healthy body and mind, where the journey is truly as important as the destination.
